Propelled into reality!

Congrats to Maryland on passing Offshore Wind!

This past week, MD Utility regulators approved subsidies for two offshore wind projects which would make Maryland a leader at the forefront of the offshore wind movement on the East Coast. According to the MD Public Service Commission, this project would reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 19,000 tons a year for over two decades. This is a number which the Chesapeake Climate Action Network estimates is equivalent to taking 3,600 cars off the road each year.
